GAIN CLARITY IN YOUR FIRST SESSION

In this session we will review what is working and not working in your practice, so that we can create a clear action plan and start the process. We'll design a regular meeting schedule to ensure that your process is running as smoothly as possible, as you see satisfactory results.

STEP 5:

TRUST YOUR CAPACITY TO CHANGE

As we work together, you will gradually feel more confident and your practice will grow. You will act as the primary agent of your transformation and I will be there to listen, guide and support you throughout the process. You will become aware of your abilities and how to face daily challenges in your healing journey and in the process of growing your practice. I completely believe in your potential to change and to grow your practice. Do not hesitate to contact me and take the first step to overcome anxiety and increase your sales. I look forward to meeting you and working with you on your journey toward transformation, joy, and making your practice grow.

STEP 2:

OPEN YOURSELF TOWARDS CHANGE

I will see you over Zoom on a scheduled date. I will ask you some questions to get to know you (and your problems) better and make sure I can help you. At the end of this call, you will have a very good idea whether you decide to work with me or not, and we can book your first session.

COMMITMENT AND CONSISTENCY

This work requires trust and commitment to see satisfactory results, crucial to increase your motivation. No matter what happens, you can always trust me to help you the best I can, and I will ensure that you feel safe with me. I will also provide exercises to work with outside of our sessions. Your commitment to complete these is very important so that you can move forward calmly and assertively.
