My focus as a Practitioner in Compassionate Inquiry®:

I'm often asked why I like the work I do so much.

This is very simple to me:

- Helping you in moments of uncertainty, anxiety, and discomfort to regain balance and inner peace is very rewarding for me.

- Creating a bond of trust, a connection that helps you move forward and grow your practice, is something that I consider of great value in our work together.

- Guiding you on your path, providing information on practical spirituality to increase your sales, and helping you learn how to navigate the obstacles that arise from anxiety and loss of motivation as we grow our practices, is one of my favorite activities.

-Having lived with depression and anxiety for many years, and now knowing how to help you feel better and how to increase your sales and grow your practice without exhaustion, has become my greatest purpose.

A few words about me:

I think it's important that you know a little more about me before we have our first session together.

I hope that getting to know me and the way I work a little better, will reduce any anxiety you may have about starting this process.

I did not grow up feeling an enormous sense of inner peace and calm, but as I committed myself to doing the work required in my healing journey, practicing what I learned along the way, I got to a point where I felt peaceful, grounded, and connected.

Once I reached this point, I created my practice so that you can feel good and safe in every session.

I studied Psychology (B.Sc.), at Concordia University and hold a Master's Degree in Psychiatry Research from McGill University. I have nine years of clinical research experience in geriatric psychiatry and mind-body intervention research and four years of experience as a mental health practitioner helping others overcome anxiety.

I am certified as a Mindfulness Group Facilitator by the University of Toronto (2015) and also had the opportunity to work doing research with Dr. Kristin Neff on Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) in 2018.

When I decided to stop working in research, I decided to expand my practice and training to keep helping the people I work with the best I can. I completed Eckhart Tolle's School of Awakening (2020), followed by the Professional Training and Mentorship Program in Compassionate Inquiry (CI) by Dr. Gabor Maté, receiving my certification as Practitioner in Compassionate Inquiry® (2021-2024). I am an international conference speaker and a professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I am passionate about learning novel marketing strategies that allow for the growth of practices without exhaustion.

I help health professionals, therapists, coaches, and spiritual practitioners overcome anxiety, obtain clarity and certainty, increase sales, and grow their practice.
